With the ongoing challenges of COVID in our community, we felt it essential to reach out to our customers. We are here to continue serving you while maintaining a safe environment to do business. Below are some of the steps we have taken to ensure our costumers’ and staff’s safety in our facility.
Service Drop Off or Pick Up
We have complimentary pick-up and drop-off service available; please call our service department for details. You can also utilize our early bird service to drop off your vehicle before or after hours. Both of these are great options for zero-contact service.
Normally we greet customers with a handshake and a warm smile, but we’ve temporarily suspended any physical contact. However, the smile will still be there!
We are sanitizing the entire dealership daily, and cleaning the high-touch surfaces multiple times throughout each day.
We’re using plastic steering wheel and seat covers, plus paper floor mats to minimize contact with your vehicle. Before it is returned to you, we will sanitize your vehicles touchpoints.
During this time of social distancing, we find it challenging to transport multiple people in a van safely. We have suspended our shuttle service for the safety of our customers and team. Please use our complimentary drop-off and pick-up service in place of the shuttle.
