What the Employee Price Actually Is
Most advertised discounts start from MSRP and leave the rest to negotiation. This one doesn’t. Your price is the Employee Price — the same number Stellantis sets for its own people — plus a $200 administration fee.
Every eligible vehicle has one. The manufacturer sets it, not us. Under this program, it is where your deal starts.
You have the right to verify the Employee Price yourself. Ask, and we will put it in front of you — that is not a courtesy, it is written into the program rules.
Who Qualifies
Everyone. That is the whole point of the program.
Any consumer living in the U.S. can buy an eligible vehicle at the Employee Price. No employer affiliation, no membership, no code to look up. If you are a Stellantis employee, retiree, or eligible family member, you use the separate Employee Advantage program instead — ask and we will sort out which applies to you.

Sign the pricing form
Stellantis requires a Pricing and Acknowledgement Form on every one of these deals, itemizing the EP price and anything added. You keep a copy. It is a good document to have.
Common Questions
Do I need to work for Stellantis?
No. Any consumer living in the United States can buy at the Employee Price under this program. Stellantis employees, retirees and eligible family members use the separate Employee Advantage program instead.
How much is the Employee Price?
The same price Stellantis sets for its own employees, plus a $200 administration fee. You have the right to see it and verify it.
When does the program end?
January 4, 2027. It started November 3, 2026.
Can I combine it with other offers?
With consumer retail incentives, yes. It does not combine with consumer lease incentives, or with Affiliate Rewards, Dealership Rewards, Friends or CDI pricing. Compatibility varies by VIN, so ask us to check the specific vehicle.
Does it apply to leases?
The program covers retail purchases. It is not compatible with consumer lease incentives. If you were planning to lease, tell us and we will compare both honestly.
What about fees?
The $200 administration fee is included in the Employee Price. Under the program rules we cannot add preparation, delivery, handling or overhead fees. Tax, title, license, insurance and financing are separate, as always.
Does it cover used vehicles?
No, new only. Eligible demonstrator vehicles under 7,500 miles do qualify. Our used inventory is priced under One Price Plus, which is a separate program.
Why is the Wrangler 392 excluded?
Stellantis sets the eligible model list, and certain performance trims are left out. The 392 is one of them. We will tell you plainly whether the vehicle you want qualifies before you get attached to a number.

Employee Price is set by Stellantis and includes a $200 administration fee. Retail purchase only; not compatible with consumer lease incentives or with Affiliate Rewards, Dealership Rewards, Friends or CDI pricing. Excludes used vehicles, demonstrators over 7,500 miles, Special Bid, DRAC, fleet and daily rental vehicles, vehicles for export, and any model not listed as eligible. Price excludes applicable state and local taxes, license and title fees, insurance and financing. A documentary fee may apply. Stellantis may cancel, amend or modify this program at any time.
