7 Events to Enjoy in Colorado Springs this Spring
There’s no doubt that Colorado Springs is a gorgeous place to live, work, and play – and as we’re getting through these cold winter months, looking ahead to spring is only natural. As the snow melts, the days grow longer, and the weather warms (somewhat), there are a lot of great things to do in the Colorado Springs area. Here at The Faricy Boys, we are more than just a dealership, we are part of this community, and we love living here and enjoying all the great events that happen each year.
We know many of our customers like getting out and taking part in these events, and more than a few times, we’ve gotten sidetracked during a sale talking about a parade or big expo. Too often, however, we’ll tell someone about something fun we did on the weekend, and they’ll look crestfallen as they realize they missed it or wish they had heard about it sooner. So we thought it would be fun to look ahead over the next couple of months to see what events are coming up and make sure all of our friends, neighbors, and customers know about them.
We hope to see you there!

When an event has been going on for 30 years, you know it has to be good. The 30th Annual Super Show & Swap Meet is southern Colorado’s biggest indoor motorcycle/custom car show and swap meet. In addition to hundreds of vendor booths, the event hosts a tattoo competition, coloring contest for kids, and a massive charity auction. There’s live music, great food, and even a beer garden – just remember to drink responsibly and never get behind the wheel while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
The 30th Annual Super Show & Swap Meet will be on Saturday, March 7th from 9 am to 6 pm, and on Sunday, March 8th, from 10 am to 5 pm. Tickets are on sale now: adults are $13, seniors and military get in for $11, and kids under 12 are free. The big event will be held at the Colorado Springs Event Center, and it is going to be a great time.
